Background: Whether gonadotrophin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) pretreatment before transferring frozen-thawed embryos (FETs) could improve the clinical outcome of adenomyosis-associated infertile patients with 56 cm 3 uterine volume 100 cm 3 is unclear.
