Abstract
Ochratoxin A (OTA) is a potent mycotoxin mainly produced by toxicogenic strains of Aspergillus spp. and seriously contaminates foods and feedstuffs. Previous OTA detoxification studies mainly focused on characterizations of degradation strains and detoxifying enzymes.
