Abstract

This work explores silica (SiO 2 ) extraction from sugarcane bagasse ash using NaOH solution. The obtained SiO 2 with 98 wt% purity is further used to synthesize zeolite NaA for CO 2 adsorption, showing comparable capacity to commercial NaA.
