Lifshitz point at commensurate melting of chains of Rydberg atoms
Natalia Chepiga, Frédéric Mila
Abstract
The authors determine the extension of the floating phase in a one-dimensional quantum model of period-3 commensurate melting and argue that it terminates before the Potts point because the Luttinger liquid exponent changes along the boundary to the commensurate phase.
