Abstract
A MOF-to-MOF strategy coupled with NaBH 4 reduction is developed to synthesize oxygen vacancy modulated Fe-doped Co 3 O 4 hollow nanosheet arrays (V o -Fe–Co 3 O 4 ), which are demonstrated to be efficient electrocatalysts for the OER.
