Abstract

LA-ICP-OES in combination with matrix-matched calibration standards and proper signal normalization enables reliable laterally resolved stoichiometry determination of Al stabilized LLZO (Li<sub>7−3x</sub>Al<sub>x</sub>La<sub>3</sub>Zr<sub>2</sub>O<sub>12</sub>) solid electrolytes.
