Abstract

The program of upgrading the polarimeter at the Internal Target Station of the Nuclotron at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research used for measuring the polarization of deuteron and proton beams is presented. The polarimeter is intended for polarization experiments on studying the spin structure of two- and three-nucleon systems The processes of $$pp$$ - and $$pd$$ -elastic scattering within an energy range of 500—1000 MeV are simulated. The results of testing the new detectors are presented.
