Abstract

A continuous visual and detailed instrumental inspection of steel trusses, columns, beams, platforms and flights of stairs for the object of study - a multi-storey structure frame was carried out. The bearing capacity of the structures under study was verified using the calculations. It is noted that the technical condition of individual structures, including each group of the studied elements and the entire building, was assessed by comparing the defects identified during the inspection with verification calculations. Measures were developed and recommendations were given for the repair and restoration of defective and damaged structures. Additional damages and defects were recorded, the occurrence of which was associated with forced interruptions in the construction work. Surveys and calculations showed that the technical conditions for platforms and flights of stairs, as well as the studied steel structures, can be considered workable. The results of computer calculation of the steel structure frame are presented in the form of mosaics and diagrams of internal forces. For verification calculations, the finite element method was used.
