Abstract

In this work, we have successfully prepared Ru-modified oxygen-deficient NiCoP catalysts using a hydrothermal method combined with a low-temperature phosphorization method, the Ru-NiCoP-O v catalyst exhibits overpotentials of 51.5 mV for HER.
