Abstract
Highly active catalyst of Ni-doped rod-like Co<sub>3</sub>Se<sub>4</sub>/reduced graphene oxide was designed for reducing the overpotential and improving the slow kinetics of the process toward electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction (OER).
