Abstract

The variation of τ f is regulated by the tolerance factor in BaO–Zr/Sn/TiO 2 –Nb 2 O 5 systems. Novel Ba 7 Zr 2 Nb 4 O 21 and Ba 8 Zr 3 Nb 4 O 24 ceramics developed by adjusting the tolerance factor show excellent microwave dielectric properties.
