An Innovative Method of Procurement Management in the Electronics Industry

Abstract
It has been proven that the main purpose of procurement is to effectively meet the needs of the electronics industry for raw materials, components, etc. On the one hand, the limited funding requires careful planning of the volume and timing of procurement of the necessary resources. On the other hand, an increase in inventory reduces the efficiency of the electronics industry. So it is necessary to optimize the volume of purchases. For it, we should determine their minimum non-zero value. The existing methods, including "Just in Time", have drawbacks determining the minimum sufficient volumes. The proposed method can be used for a preliminary analysis of the optimal distribution of resources to ensure efficient production activities of enterprises in the electronic industry and in other industries. The innovative method is based on the use of nonzero periodic solutions of nonlinear systems of differential equations that depend on a parameter.
