Abstract
Abstract Length–mass relationships for macroinvertebrates are used in many ecological studies; however, few length–mass relationships are available for Australian freshwater macroinvertebrates. In this study, we generated 22 new length–mass relationships from 2148 specimens spread across four orders, nine families, three subfamilies, 12 genera and two species. We also qualitatively compare our length–mass equations with others from Australia, New Zealand, North America and Europe.
