Abstract

In recent years, extreme natural disasters, represented by earthquakes, have led to frequent power outages in urban distribution network, which has posed challenges to the sustainable power supply of urban power grids. In the context of the rapid growth in the number of electric vehicle (EV) user groups, this paper proposes a rapid recovery strategy with the auxiliary support of V2G (vehicle to grid) for the post-earthquake grid to improve the resilience of urban distribution network. Firstly, a distribution network component failure rate model is established to generate distribution grid fault scenarios under earthquake disasters by random sampling. Then, considering the travel characteristics of EVs and the travel demand of users, a pre-disaster EV scheduling model is built and incorporated into the consideration of EV users' post-disaster response selection behavior. Finally, the post-disaster power supply recovery strategy participated by V2G is formulated considering the distribution network reconfiguration and the reverse charging of V2G stations. The example analysis verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed recovery strategy.
