Abstract

-carboxymethyl chitosan Schiff base ligands and their Cu(ii) complexes showed a good anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic effect. The photocatalytic activity proved that the aryl-substituted complex was more efficient than the aliphatic-substituted complex.
