Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) has become the major part of the IT industry nowadays. This is prevalent not only in IT but also in our daily life. IoT is evolved in such a way that it takes over almost every technical segment, i.e., communication in daily life, execution and computation in technology. IoT is widely used in the same fraternity as well as different fraternities too. There are also some security threats as well, and for this purpose, we will see how we can manage such possible outcomes. User systems get vulnerable, and their system may get hacked by the Black Hat people. This security threat manifests more when we use open-source platform services. But in this race, IoT is not alone; the cloud, edge and fog techniques have also gained some of the limelight. Somehow, deep learning and machine learning techniques have their own pre-eminence in the field of security. The survey of this chapter will also give the idea of certain valuable inducements regarding security or security threat. In this chapter, we will learn how the challenges have arrived in the world of IoT and then after the possible solution to overcome the deep-down of the stranded.
