Abstract
Palmoplantar pustulosis is a chronic, recurrent skin disorder characterized by sterile pustules and erythematous scaling on the palms and soles. In our study, dupilumab treatment showed efficacy and safety in PPP patients, potentially resulting from PPP patients’ serum Th2 signatures and the similarities between PPP and atopic dermatitis based on serum Olink proteomics.
