Abstract Patellar tendon grafts have long been considered the gold standard for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR). This Technical Note describes ACLR using bone‐patella tendon‐bone (BPTB) autograft with press‐fit femoral fixation using an outside‐in drilling technique.
