Abstract

For 3-T mpMRI, the highest sensitivity (83.1%) for detection of index PCa lesions was in the midgland, with 98.3% specificity. Multiparametric MRI performance for sectoral localization of PCa within the prostate was moderate and was best for index lesions in the PZ using an adjusted model.
