Abstract

The Eu 3+ /Mg 2+ /Ca 2+ doped and co-doped ZnGa 2 O 4 phosphors give blue and red emissions, which are enhanced via Mg 2+ /Ca 2+ doping. They also show better color tunability and thermal stability.
