Abstract
In article number 2008265, Seung Uk Son, Tao Li, Bien Tan, and Yanlong Gu discuss hypercrosslinked polymers (HCPs) prepared via direct knitting of arenes with a hierarchical porous structure, high surface area, and pore volume that are widely used as catalyst supports. Wise selection of monomers with rational design of the 3D structure and the synergy between the HCP and the catalytically active species often lead to high efficiency of tailor-made catalysts without sophisticated operations.
