Abstract
Enhanced photocurrent density (0.1 μA μm −2 ), higher responsivity (>10 4 A W −1 ) and faster response time under 325 nm laser can be achieved by our fabricated SnS 2 /SiC photodetector towards a SiO 2 sample.
