Review of Electrical Characteristics for Wide Bandgap Power Devices

Abstract
This paper provides a comprehensive electrical characteristic review of the state-of-the-art commercial wide bandgap (WBG) power devices. The electrical characteristics, i.e., static, and dynamic performances of commercial power switching devices were investigated and compared. The findings of this review are useful for researcher to design the next-generation power electronics converter by harnessing the full benefits of WBG power devices.
