Abstract

“Heavy atom substitution” was utilized to improve the thermal behaviors of Ce:LuAG transparent ceramics via Sr 2+ /Si 4+ doping, exhibiting high luminous efficiency of radiation (261.98 lm W −1 ) and high luminance saturation threshold (∼65 W mm −2 ).
