Abstract
A g-C 3 N 4 and CH 3 NH 3 PbI 3 bulk heterojunction pellet can achieve high X-ray sensitivities with a small dark current drift. It also showed long-term current stability under operational conditions, indicating its application in sensitive X-ray imaging.
