Mostly these defects in the elderly patient because they have a gradual loss of memory problems, and normal peoples also forget to take medicine due to their busy work schedule, and finally, the treatment goes ineffective. There are many attempts is going to design a smart medicine box. In this technology, we propose a smart medicine box and including some features in the medicine box, such as monitoring the patient heart rate and temperature, emergency alert to the patient, and SMS alert to the caretaker and doctors. And using IoT the patient heart rate and temperature are uploaded to the cloud and reviewed by the doctor. The main advantage is to store the patient's information and the patient knows their growing health conditions.
