MXenes for Functional Memories In article number 2100006, Yue Gong, Su-Ting Han, and co-workers summarize the latest progress in the synthesis and properties of MXenes. It emphasizes on the importance of two-dimensional MXenes data storage applications, including memristors and field effect transistor devices. The applications of MXenes in artificial synapses, neurons, and logic circuits are also discussed.
