Abstract

An integral LiMn<sub>1.5</sub>Ni<sub>0.5</sub>O<sub>4</sub> shell completely wets ∼10 μm LiCoO<sub>2</sub> single crystals to cut off global oxygen migration and enables &gt;4.6 V cycling.
