Abstract

During the recent years the topic of artificial intelligence (AI) has become a main development subject. Although the scientific approach of AI is steadily progressing, the qualification of workers in the production environment is not growing simultaneously with the requirements of the technology. To understand how artificial intelligence methods work, a new learning approach has to be developed, in order to increase the qualification of production employees. This paper deals with the practical learning approach of learning factories and the possibility to bring the impact of AI closer to blue collar workers by teaching about supervised machine learning training.
