Abstract
Ti plate supported cobalt-phosphorus alloy film acts as an active and selective electrocatalyst for ambient NO 3 − -to-NH 3 conversion. In 0.2 M Na 2 SO 4 with 200 ppm NO 3 − , it offers a NH 3 yield rate of 416.0 ± 7.2 μg h −1 cm −2 with a Faradaic efficiency of 93.6 ± 3.3% at −0.6 and −0.3 V vs. RHE, respectively.
