Emergency Medical Services Utilization by Homeless Patients

Abstract
BACKGROUND: In the City of Los Angeles, people experiencing homelessness demonstrated disproportionately high use of EMS services and ambulance transports, were more frequently younger, male, and had lower acuity conditions when compared with housed patients.
