Abstract
This paper introduces first results of a joint research project between Taltech University and Industrial partners. The goal was to develop a universal autonomous surface vessel (ASV) that has readiness for the following applications: pollution detection, water environment monitoring and small cargo transportation. The paper describes the design and structure of the mechanical, electrical and control system. The open water tests and first mission are described.
