Boosting the activity of PdAg alloy nanoparticles during H<sub>2</sub> production from formic acid induced by CrO<sub><i>x</i></sub> as an inorganic interface modifier

Abstract
The CrO x modification of PdAg nanoparticles promotes the dehydrogenation of formic acid, which is attributed to the interplay of unique ensemble sites, at which electron-deficient Ag δ + and electron-rich Pd δ − atoms were adjacent.
