Abstract
Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity was detected using bovine serum albumin (BSA)-functionalized manganese-doped zinc sulfide (Mn–ZnS) quantum dots (QDs), and the phosphate substrate was the vitamin-B 6 cofactor pyridoxal 5′-phosphate (PLP).
