Abstract
The challenges of our century require us to reconsider our practices, as traditional yield-centric approaches prove insufficient. Here, we explore strategies to improve the nutritional quality of vegetables in greenhouse systems while balancing the complex interplay with yield. Potential barriers to scaling up these enhancements were tackled.
