Preparation and characterization of nanoemulsions of curcumin and echium oil

Abstract
simulated intestinal digestion was calculated as 35.5%. Gas chromatography results of the digested nanoemulsions revealed that curcumin addition decreases oleic acid release while increasing stearidonic acid (SDA) release.
