Abstract
. The second involves the photodetectors of different wavelengths that integrate waveguides, ranging from ultraviolet to infrared. These hybrid photodetectors integrating waveguides and semiconductor materials provide an alternative way to realize multifunctional and high-performance photonic integrated chips and circuits.
