Abstract
The practice of empowering people to exert more control over and make improvements to their health is known as health promotion. It shifts away from emphasizing personal behavior and toward various societal and environmental interventions. ( according to WHO). Health promotion assists governments, communities, and people in coping with and address health concerns. Building sound public policies, fostering positive settings, and enhancing community engagement and individual abilities are ways to achieve this.
