S-scheme heterojunction based on CuWO<sub>4</sub>/WO<sub>3</sub> microspheres with an improved photocatalytic property under visible light irradiation

Abstract
An S-scheme CuWO 4 /WO 3 nano-heterojunction photocatalyst is successfully synthesized by a hydrothermal route and impregnation–calcination method. The S-scheme nano-heterojunction significantly improves the visible light degradation rate of MB dyes.
