Abstract

Three weberite-type sodium-rich fluorides Na 2 MVF 7 (M = Mn, Fe, and Co) have been successfully synthesized. The optimal Na 2 FeVF 7 cathode delivers a high reversible capacity of 146.5 mA h g −1 based on active Fe 2+ /Fe 3+ and V 3+ /V 4+ redox reactions.
