Abstract

A new orange-red-emitting phosphor, A-site Sm 3+ doped high-entropy perovskite oxide Ca(Zr 0.2 Ti 0.2 Sn 0.2 Hf 0.2 Nb 0.2 )O 3 is reported, which brings about superlattice satellites and charge transfer states to exhibit significantly enhanced PL property.
