Interactions between CO oxidation and selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH<sub>3</sub> over Mn-based catalysts

Abstract

The α-MnO 2 -Cu catalyst has a high NO and CO removal rate. CO reduced the NH 3 -SCR activity by inhibiting NO adsorption. NH 3 negatively affected CO oxidation by minimizing the formate intermediate. NO decomposed intermediates to promote CO oxidation.
