Abstract

Herein, a novel PrGO–MnO x microsphere cathode material is developed for aqueous zinc ion batteries. It reveals the phase transformation of a-MnO x into highly active amorphous Zn-buserite upon the initial cycles, enabling excellent Zn-storage.
