Abstract
Firstly, self-established photo-CELIV devices is used to performance quantitatively <italic>in operando</italic>. Secondly, we developed a catalyst for an efficient PEC-NRR possessing sufficient carriers that a reasonable recombination lifetime in the PEC process.
