Abstract

In this paper the study of fractional-order BJT amplifier is depicted. The generalization of fractional capacitor in simulation model is initialized to study the characteristics of the proposed fractional-order amplifier. The simulation analysis of fractional-order BJT amplifier is conducted for both single and multistage structures. The entire analysis is based on realizing the fractional-order amplifier by making the use of mathematically realized fractional capacitor. The responses are characterized in MATLAB and Lab-VIEW software. Then the stability analysis is performed by initializing step response. This work uses the Python coding software to validate mathematically the stability criterion and plotting its 3-D responses.
