Abstract

The signature of the customer is still verified manually by the bank sectors. This includes new account creation, existing account merging, withdrawal form signature, cheque signature and many such. Which may lead to the rise in risk on the mutual basis? Many banks include both public sector banks and non-public sector banks. Where still human handles the work of signature matching and signs for the approval. This will lead to lot of corruptions; signature miss matching issues and many such issues. This is all because of the term called as “Human Error”. Human errors are unavoidable and not preventable; they are different from the machine errors. Based on these constraints in this document, a feasible technique is been planned. The solution to avoids the human error is banks has to choosing the computer recognizers for the signature verification, which is been built by the Robotic Process Automation. This process helps in verifying the customer’s signature accurately, this method is based on RPA which consist of the machine learning which is been deployed on the background of the RPA Orchestrator. The result is obtained by comparing both the signature which is signed during the bank joining application (Stored on bank Database). If signature doesn’t match it won’t move to the next process and the accuracy level is indicated. It is very important to keep records; hence a complete record is created with the details of customers name, accuracy level and matching (True/False). If true, it fetches the account details and process the withdraw form with a verified stamp.
