Abstract

Trimethylsulfonium lead iodide (TMSPbI 3 )-based PSCs show high moisture stability with a hysteresis-free PCE of 2.22%. The high moisture stability can be attributed to the absence of hydrogen bonding between the TMS + in TMSPbI 3 and water molecules.
