Abstract
Here, we demonstrated a simple approach for constructing carbon quantum dots (CDs) and NiCo–P on Fe 2 O 3 surfaces to form Fe 2 O 3 /NiCo–P(CDs) photoanodes, achieving one of the highest PEC activities of 4.26 mA cm −2 at 1.23 V RHE .
