Highly efficient and stable Cs<sub>2</sub>TeCl<sub>6</sub>:Cr<sup>3+</sup> perovskite microcrystals for white light emitting diodes

Abstract

In this work, a series of metal ion doped Cs 2 TeCl 6 microcrystals were prepared and obtained a highest PLQY of 81.5% in the optimum Cs 2 TeCl 6 :Cr 3+ microcrystals. In addition, WLEDs based on the mixture of Cs 2 TeCl 6 :Cr 3+ and BaMgAl 10 O 17 :Eu 2+ phosphors exhibit high performance.
