Abstract
Nurse staffing levels have a significant impact on the quality of patient care in healthcare settings. This essay explores the relationship between nurse staffing and patient care quality by reviewing existing literature on the topic. The essay discusses various studies that have examined the effects of nurse staffing on patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and nurse job satisfaction. The findings suggest that adequate nurse staffing is essential for improving patient care quality and reducing adverse events.
